Swiss mouth-blown glass manufacturer SC SARNER CRISTAL AG started his new glassworks in Uetendorf/Switzerland in autumn last year. IWG - Ingenieurbüro Wagenbauer - Glasofenbau - Zwiesel was in charge of the project management for the entire furnace installations. Meanwhile, SC SARNER CRISTAL has gained extraordinarily positive experience with this new furnace technology, with regard to the processing as well as to the attainable glass quality.
IWG and SC SARNER CRISTAL take this for a good opportunity to apply modern technologies in support of the survival of an old glassworker tradition.
